Leadership

Experience you can't teach

Our founders spent their careers building, engineering, and managing the Southeast's distribution grid — from inside the utility and from the contractor's seat. That combination is American Current's foundation.

42 years with Alabama Power Company — lineman, foreman, and Contractor Coordinator responsible for managing contract line crews across the system. Caleb Alday

VP of Overhead Distribution Operations

21 years of contractor-side line construction experience — lineman, foreman, and general foreman with major utility contractors across the Southeast. Caleb knows how to build, manage, and retain line crews, and his reputation in the trade is a magnet for the linemen who will build American Current's field organization.
